Saccharomyces 10B delivers a minimum of 10 billion CFUs (colony-forming units) of Saccharomyces boulardii per daily serving to support optimal gastrointestinal health.
It has been proven by researchers that the unique Saccharomyces boulardii Lynside® strain CNCM I-3799 can survive stomach acid and settle in the intestines, where it protects the good bacteria that are already there.

Directions
Take two ( 2 ) capsules one to two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If detox symptoms occur, lower the dose to ¼ capsule and slowly increase to the full dose. Can be taken with or without food.

Through my research I found Saccharomyces might help my constant, sorry to say it, diarrhea. I had been taking the average probiotics (from another retailer) and they weren't doing anything. Then I read they could be making it worse. I believe I have SIBO. How that happened I have no clue, but it fits the best with my symptoms. Anyway, I ordered these and they've really helped get it under control. Now, it has not stopped, but it has lessened greatly. I have only been taking it a month so I may continue to improve. I had stopped taking my probiotics and only took these at first. I recently have been adding my probiotics back in. Apparently, if you have SIBO then normal probiotics can feed the bacteria. That's why Saccharomyces is so great. It doesn't feed the bacteria. I'm one of those people who tried to stay as far away from the medical community as possible. Love me or hate me, I'm 57 years old. I'm on no prescriptions, and other than this "thing" I've been very healthy. I've started adding echinacea in to my regime to kill the bacteria. I don't know if that will work or not. Only time will tell. The last thing I want to do is go see a doctor and get on antibiotics. Finally, I'm glad I found this product, and this company. The less tainted ick in my system the better.

Only been taking for a little over a week. I've been emptying capsule into my mouth full of water so I dont have to digest the capsule as I've been dealing with severe chronic bloat and am doing everything I can to make digestion as easy as possible. For first 2 days after taking I was a little backed up as my body adjusted, but since then I've had a nice complete BM every day. Also taking magnesium citrate which I'm sure plays a role but ultimately this product does not make my bloat any worse and I'm having some of the nicest BMs I've had in a long time!
