Directions
Dissolve one (1) scoop with 6 fl oz of water. Drink once per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For optimal results, consume in the morning on an empty stomach, before bedtime or 30 minutes prior to meals. If detox symptoms occur, lower the dose to ¼ scoop and slowly increase to the full dose.

No matter how good Leaky Gut Defense may or may not be, I see Pure TheraPro still hasn't come up with a tamper-resistant safety seal for this product that provides any real safety. The current outer plastic seal can screw right off with the cap and can be screwed right back on without creasing or tearing the plastic.
