Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pure TheraPro Rx®, we are honored to be a part of your health goals. The following are our Return/Refund policies:

If you want to change or cancel an order:

The moment your order is submitted online, you have 30 minutes to edit it from the order confirmation screen. If you’re unable to edit your order and need assistance please contact us immediately. After the 30-minute window, your order is immediately routed to our fulfillment center and prepared for shipping. For this reason, we are unable to accept changes to an order 30 minutes after it’s been placed.

If you receive the wrong items in your order:

Please email us with your order # and a clear picture of the front of the bottle of the incorrect item(s) you received for return instructions. We will replace them at our expense. 

If you receive damaged items in your order:

If you chose to protect your package with Checkout+ Shipping Protection, please follow the instructions in your email to file a claim. Please reach out to us if you have deleted or misplaced that email.

If you chose not to protect your package, we are unfortunately unable to be held accountable for damage to orders caused by 3rd party carriers such as FedEx or USPS and you must file a claim with the carrier.

Return Policy:

  1. This policy applies to items purchased on our Shopify store only. Items purchased on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, or other platforms must be handled according to those platforms’ respective return policies.

  2. A return request must be submitted within 6 months (180 days) of the purchase date.

  3. A physical return of the item is required to receive a refund.

  4. Item(s) may be opened and used.

  5. Maximum one return per item/SKU per customer/household.

  6. Gift cards and other digital item returns carry a 5% processing fee to cover our merchant costs.

  7. Multiple orders cannot be combined and returned in one parcel.

  8. A refund will be processed once the package has been received at Pure TheraPro Rx.

  9. We are unable to refund your original shipping charge as that has already been paid to the carrier.

  10. A $9.97 return charge will be deducted from your refund.

  11. Pure TheraPro Rx reserves the right to refuse refunds we deem unreasonable, or abusive of our policy.

Refund timing:

The refund process may take up to 5 business days once received, depending on your payment processor.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • Pure TheraPro Rx will provide a shipping label upon request for all orders shipped within the U.S. and the shipping label will be sent to you via email within 2 business days.

  • International customers are responsible for paying return postage with their carrier of choice.

Do refunds go back onto the original form of payment?

  • Yes. However, if that is no longer a valid form of payment, we’ll issue you a gift card to the Pure TheraPro Rx web store. We are unable to submit your refund to a different credit or debit card.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you insure your return shipment with the carrier. Pure TheraPro Rx is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.
