After working with one of our Supplement Support Specialists if you have still decided that the supplement isn’t a good fit, you can request a store credit within 60 days of your order date. *As long as it meets our eligibility requirements, please read below.
We offer a 60-day return policy on any unopened / eligible purchase made directly on our website – Supplements purchased on Amazon, Walmart, Doctors Supplement Store, or other platforms must be handled according to their respective return policies. Our policy is not available for supplements purchased from unauthorized sellers, including internet sites and storefronts on online marketplaces. *Please refer to our full return policy below.
We Care Guarantee Eligibility Requirements
One-Product Limitation: The guarantee applies to one supplement per customer, per household (i.e., per shipping address). — If the supplement is sold in multiple sizes, only the smaller size will be credited.
Opened Supplements: Are only eligible for store credit. Please note: Store credit will expire in 60 days.
Bundles & Multiples: If you purchase multiple products within the same order, i.e., a “bundle,” only one product from that order is eligible, and no other credits / refunds will be permitted.
International Orders: International orders are not eligible for the guarantee, they are considered final sale.
Please do not discard the bottle, unless you have been directed to do so by our Supplement Support Specialists. In most cases there is no need to return the product back to us. However, we do ask for feedback, sometimes even pictures as part of the process. — Feel free to gift the remaining supplement to a friend or family member who would like to start their wellness journey.
Taste and Smell Preferences: Taste and smell variances are typically normal and expected. We don't use fillers, flow agents, artificial flavors, etc. to mask the natural taste and smell of the raw materials. Purity is Priority! Taste and smell are subjective. While credits / refunds are not applicable in these cases, we value your feedback and will strive to take your suggestions into consideration.
Purchasing Multiple Units: Customers are encouraged to try our supplements and ensure they meet their expectations before making a purchase of 2 or more units. Please be aware that purchasing multiple units of a supplement signifies a higher level of commitment and may disqualify you from being eligible for a store credit / refund.
Medications and Allergies / Sensitivities: Please be mindful of any prescription medications you are using, or any ingredient allergies or sensitivities that you may have prior to purchasing. We guarantee the quality, purity and potency of our supplements, but we cannot guarantee that they will work the same for everyone.

You chose our company / supplement(s) for good reasons, and we want you to experience the benefits just as much as you do. Oftentimes our suggestions are successful and allow you to continue on your wellness journey with us.

Pure TheraPro Rx reserves the right to refuse store credit / refunds we deem unreasonable, or abusive of our policy. This policy ensures a fair and consistent process for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Return / Refund Eligibility Requirements
- Refunds are available only for your first purchase of a specific supplement and the bottle must be unopened. Any subsequent purchases of the same supplement are not eligible for a refund.
- You must submit your return request within 60 days of the date of purchase and receive approval before sending anything back. — If an order is sent back without prior approval, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and we are unable to refund any original shipping charges (this includes package protection).
- Your refund will be processed once the package has been received, inspected and returned back into our inventory. — If the supplement arrives back to our fulfillment center damaged, refunds are null and void.

Additional Information:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be forfeited.
- Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We cannot issue refunds to prepaid debit cards.
- Any store credit, rewards, or other promotional discounts applied as a payment at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Subscribe & Save Program / Subscriptions: If you fail to cancel or skip your subscription before the next billing date, those orders are not eligible for a refund. Subscribers are emailed three days prior to being charged for their next order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder for those notifications. You can modify the next charge date at any time by logging into your account with us.
Final Sale: Power Probiotics, Saccharomyces 10B and Elite Enzymes are not allowed to be returned for any reason.
International Orders: We do not accept returns on internationally shipped orders. All international sales are final.
