At Pure TheraPro Rx, we stand behind our supplements and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a supplement you purchased from PureThera.com you may request a refund or replacement.

Supplements purchased on Amazon, Walmart, Doctors Supplement Store, or other platforms must be handled according to their respective return policies.

Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for supplements purchased from unauthorized sellers, including internet sites and storefronts on online marketplaces. If you have any questions regarding whether someone is an authorized seller of Pure TheraPro supplements, please contact us.

Refund Eligibility Requirements:

Refunds are available only for your first purchase of a specific supplement.

  • Any subsequent purchases of the same supplement are not eligible for a refund.
  • If the supplement is sold in multiple sizes, only the smaller size will be credited.

Taste & Preference

Taste is subjective. While refunds are not applicable in these cases, we value your feedback and will strive to take your suggestions into consideration.

Purchasing Multiple Units

Customers are encouraged to try our supplements and ensure they meet their expectations before making a purchase of 2 or more units. Please be aware that purchasing multiple units of a supplement signifies a higher level of commitment and may disqualify you from being eligible for a refund. Additionally, we may require any unopened bottles to be returned at your expense.

Subscribe & Save Program / Subscriptions

If you fail to cancel or skip your subscription before the next shipping date, those orders aren't eligible for a refund. Subscribers are emailed three days prior to being charged for their next order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder for those notifications. You can modify the next charge date at any time by logging in to your account with us.

How to Make a Return or Claim the Guarantee:

  • We are unable to refund any original shipping charges which have already been paid to the carrier.
  • A physical return of the opened / unopened item(s) may be required.
  • Please be advised all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Can I return a supplement that shipped internationally?

We do not accept returns on internationally shipped orders. All international sales are final.

Additional Guarantee and Return Policy Terms:

You must submit your return request within 90 days of the date of purchase.

A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once the package has been received.

Please do not discard any bottles unless you have been directed to do so by our Customer Support Specialists.

If a refund is provided, it will be made for the purchase price of the unopened supplement(s), minus the 25% restock fee.

***Please note that opened supplements are only eligible for store credit on PureThera.com.

Virtual products such as gift cards are non-refundable, and therefore, excluded from the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Additional Information on Shipping Supplements Back to Pure Thera

If you are instructed to return your bottle(s) to Pure Thera, we will send you a return shipping label to print and use for your return. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
