After having bariatric surgery, I'm utilizing this specific CoQ10 and expecting that its bioavailability will be as high as I anticipate. With the exception of a tiny difference in capsule color, the package and supplement capsules were all as described. The delivery person was as cordial as could be and the package arrived on schedule. I'm hoping that include these in my supplement regimen will help me maintain a constant level of energy and mental clarity.

I’m not sure why, but the second bottle I received has a different color and consistency than the clear oil type vitamin I received the first time. This is concerning. I’m afraid to take it. Anybody have any thoughts?

Compared to what I used to take, these appear to improve how I feel. Both my eyelashes and my hair appear to be growing hair more quickly for me and improving.

Worked great. within 1 1/4 bottles, brought my levels up to a range that was acceptable. Happy with the outcome!

I haven't had enough time to check whether it raises my magnesium levels. Too soon to evaluate the product's effectiveness. It arrived on time, as expected. It is simple to digest.

The majority of my family members have the MTHFR gene mutation. Some of us are heterozygous for C667T, whereas others are heterozygous for A1298C. There are other methylation mutations even in people without MTHFR. There are very few and difficult to get appointments with people in our area who are concerned about methylation concerns. The remedy to our problems is this over-the-counter drug! The distinction is astounding. In addition to making us feel lot healthier and more alive, it has also helped with ADHD issues and even teen anger issues.

Let me say that the effect this product has made in my life is astounding. My balance issue was one of my problems. After using this product, I no longer experience balance issues.

I purchased this to lower my homocysteine levels in my blood. In the several blood tests I've had over the years, all other folate treatments have been unable to make a discernible difference.

Let's go right to the point: after taking two of these a day for two months, my levels are normal for the first time ever. I'm content. It appears that my wife will have to put up with me for a few more years.

This has been shown to me to be really effective. Get this if you need a strong folate.

I've done a lot of study and have this MTHFR deficiency. I've been taking natural folate and methyl B12, but it doesn't seem like I'm receiving what I need. This product is designed specifically for persons like myself, and it seems to meet all of my dietary requirements in this area (I still take a multivitamin, fish oil, and other supplements). Worth every single penny of the cost. I don't ever want to leave and return to how I was (hot flashes, feeling ill, etc.). This resolves the issue. Get it if you have this deficiency! If you don't know, you could be tested.

I have the MTHFR gene mutation so I have to take methylated bs.... I use to get horrible debilitating migraines and have not had any in the yrs I’ve been taking the Pure Therapeutics Methyl B Complete....i highly recommend!!!!
