Shipping Policy

Once the fulfillment center packs your order, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Most standard orders ship through the USPS or OnTrac. This delivery window is not guaranteed.

For those who have repeat theft or carriers who deliver their packages in undesirable locations, please add the signature required option at checkout. This will ensure that your mail carrier delivers your package straight to your hands.

Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 pm (your local time) will be processed the next business day. For example, an order placed at 1:00 pm EST on Monday will process on Tuesday and ship based on your selected method.

Holidays / Weekends: Orders placed after 12:00 pm (your local time) on Friday or during weekends/holidays process the next business day (e.g., Monday for Saturday orders). Shipping timelines apply post-processing.

Expedited Shipping:

1. UPS 3 Day: Once packaged, shipping typically takes 3 business days. This delivery window is not guaranteed. PO Box Delivery Unavailable.
2. UPS Overnight: Packages are delivered by the end of the next business day. This delivery window is guaranteed * when all eligibility criteria are met. PO Box Delivery Unavailable.

* Carrier delays outside our control are not covered by this guarantee, this includes holidays and severe weather.

Eligibility requirements for UPS Overnight:

• Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm (your local time) on a business day (Monday – Friday) to ship the same day.
• Available to contiguous U.S. states only.
• Excludes PO boxes and APO / FPO addresses.
• Weekend orders do not qualify.
• Deliveries on or around public holidays are not covered under the delivery guarantee.

Pure TheraPro Rx® is not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave the fulfillment centers. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We can't be accountable for the mistakes of third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, OnTrac, FedEx and DHL).

For this reason, we offer Checkout+ Delivery Guarantee (package protection) at checkout. This covers packages with no tracking updates, theft, damages, or address issues. A replacement or refund typically happens within 24 business hours. — Unfortunately, if customers choose to opt out, they must contact the carrier themselves by filing a missing mail report, etc.

Where’s My Tracking Link? It is emailed to you once your order ships. You may need to check your spam folder. You can also log into your account and the tracking number will be located under your order. If you need help, email us.

Where’s My Order? Tracking information is emailed once your order has been packed and is ready for pick up. Once received, we encourage you to closely monitor the tracking and delivery status to ensure your package is successfully received.

Missed Initial Scan? Don’t panic! It’s not uncommon for the carrier to skip scanning packages when they pick up bulk orders from fulfillment centers - they do this to save time. Rest assured your order is on its way to you. Most often we see the scan when your order is closer to the final destination.

In general, your order should arrive within 14 business days, however, we do not guarantee delivery times. Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience, these inspections are typically quick and easy, but in some cases there might be delays with your delivery. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.

Simply add the supplement(s) to your online cart and enter your shipping address. You will be shown the cost of shipping prior to checking out, and the total will include all customs fees, taxes, etc.

It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what supplements can and cannot enter your country. These laws can change often, so please check with your country’s customs office. We will ship your package to you privately, however, the responsibility of receiving the package is 100% yours.

If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we will offer you a refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs once the fulfillment center has received and inspected the package.

Unfortunately, if your package is seized and destroyed by your country, we’re not able to offer a refund whatsoever.

International orders are not eligible for the guarantee, and we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
