Just Relax™

Two years ago , every night I was taking an Rx med to help with my anxiety and stress that prevented me from getting to sleep and staying asleep. It was a “take as needed” med but I was using it most nights. the studies showed that it was not good to be on long term as it contributed to dementia etc. I saw a nurse practitioner on Instagram who created her own line of supplements including one similar to Just Relax except it was very expensive. So I searched online for another brand that had the same or similar ingredients and that’s when I found Just Relax! the cherry flavor tastes great mixed with ice water. I use one or two scoops in the evening and though I was skeptical I also was hoping it would work. it wasn’t a placebo-effect, it really works! Only on occasion on extremely stressful days do I use it in the daytime. it does not prevent one from driving or performing work. I highly recommend this to anyone having trouble with stress, anxiety, worry, and restless nights. I no longer use the Rx at all. I am thankful. warning: I only order this directly from Pure because I received a jar from Amazon once that had a slight seal misalignment and the powder was different color and smelled like Kool-aid. I obviously did not use it. I also appreciate Pure’s formula over others because they use Monk Fruit instead of Stevia which upsets my stomach.
