What is Vitamin K2?

Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble nutrient and is needed to support normal blood coagulation, cardiovascular health, and bone strength & density.

The trans form of MK-7 Vitamin K2 is the most absorbable form of Vitamin K2 as MK-7 because it's found in nature & whole foods and is recognized as bioidentical and absorbed by the body. The cis form of MK-7 is not nature-identical and has limited activity & absorption. Please beware of other K2 supplements that do not make this important distinction.

Our bioidentical trans-form MK-4 Vitamin K2 is produced from Geraniol, which is extracted from the geranium flower. 

Our MenaQ7® MK-7 form of Vitamin K2 is also 100% bioidentical trans form. It is sourced from chickpea (garbanzo bean) fermentation and of the absolute highest quality.
