QUATREFOLIC® VS FOLIC ACID
Quatrefolic® is the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate and is structurally analogous to the reduced and active form of Folic Acid so Quatrefolic® completely bypasses the "damaged" MTHFR conversion step and delivers a "finished" Folate the body can immediately use without any kind of metabolization.

I have noticed on a number of capsules that the fill is not equal. Big difference on some of them which means not getting what was paid for not to mention missing health benefits. And no, they ingredients have not settled. See for yourself.

For being top of the line this is super affordable! Round up to $50 for 240 count bottle. Its less than $13 a month!
1. I am a big fan of 2 pills as a serving! When I used to take single pill dosages I always felt like I was pissing out a majority of the supplement when I went to the restroom early in the day. I have no idea if this is factual or if I have OCD, but I feel like my body absorbs more of the supplement when taken once in the morning and again in the evening.
2. I have never been a big breakfast person. In the past every multi I have ever taken on an empty stomach or very little food has made me vomit. With these I have not had that issue. I literally have one slice of good bread with good peanut butter and everything has been great.
Besides these two main things everything else is very obvious. This brand has the best quality and literally has the purist supplements available to the public.

Got really into researching methylated vitamins. Specially folatd and b12 after watch joe rogans podcast a few weeks ago. Decided to spend the 50 bucks on Amazon. Bought the 240 cap bottle. Second day taking them, and more than likely this early on is all placebo, but I swear I felt amazing yesterday. Really solid feeling. I think this was money well spent

I switched multivitamins! I hope I made the right choice. The other brand was "Men's fermented multivitamin" can't say anything bad about that product, but I'm getting older and thought I needed something more my age so I will give pure therapro rx a try!
