Directions
Take two (2) capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If detox symptoms occur, lower the dose to one (1) capsule and slowly increase to the full dose.

Please Note
Our formula contains a small amount of Niacin, a beneficial B Vitamin. Niacin can sometimes cause a "flush"—a temporary warm, tingling sensation on the skin that may last from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on your metabolism.

Our dosing is conservative, and most people tolerate it very well without experiencing the flush. While some individuals may experience a temporary flush, this is generally well-tolerated and is not harmful. The flush tends to decrease with regular use.

Research suggests that the flush may help empty mast cells of histamine, which can be beneficial. Additionally, the flush tends to lessen and stabilize with regular use, meaning you might find this sensation less noticeable over time. Individuals taking medication, children and pregnant or lactating women should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.

Storage
Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not discard desiccant. Refrigeration recommended in hot or humid climates and when storing in a pill container to maintain optimal quality and freshness. Best used within 2 months of opening. Keep out of reach of children.
