Our formula contains a small amount of a healthy B vitamin called niacin. Niacin makes some people experience a "niacin flush"; a warm tingly feeling felt on the skin which may last for a few minutes to a few hours depending on your metabolism.
Our dosing is conservative, and most people tolerate it well extremely well without experiencing a flush at all. While a niacin flush can be temporarily uncomfortable for some, we want to reassure you that it’s not at all harmful. It’s a known pharmacological effect of Niacin caused by the release of prostaglandins.
