Directions
Take one ( 1 ) capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If detox symptoms occur, lower the dose to ¼ capsule and slowly increase to the full dose. Can be taken with or without food.

    Since taking Bio Boron along with D3 + K2, my D3 increased to a level that my Doctor recommends. Before, I was having trouble getting there without massive doses of D3. So, this combination works for me, and I will continue using both products.
