Berberine 15x™

I decided to try these for a few reasons, mainly to see whether they might make a difference in my cholesterol and to add some extra liver support since I take prescription medications. I do not have any known liver problems, and I would like to keep it that way. The capsules have virtually no odor and are smaller than many supplements I have taken, which I appreciate. I usually take one on an empty stomach and have had no digestive problems or other negative effects. I have my annual bloodwork coming up, so I am curious to see whether anything has changed with my cholesterol. I have also noticed a slight boost in energy after taking them, although I cannot say for sure that the supplement is responsible. I was interested in the metabolic benefits as well, and I lost around six pounds last month without making any other major changes. Since my weight is usually very steady, I feel like these may have contributed. I plan to keep taking them as long as they continue to fit well into my wellness routine.

My energy has been a little better shortly after taking these but can't say if it's just because of taking these or not. I was also interested in seeing if this would help with my metabolism or not. I've lost at least 6 pounds last month and didn't really change anything besides taking these. My weight generally stays consistent so I do think these played a part in that. I will continue to use these as long as they seem to be improving my health

I use berberine from time to time, and often fairly regularly, because I am interested in its potential role in supporting healthy blood glucose. I have not tracked my results closely against my diet, exercise, or continuous glucose monitor, so I cannot say exactly what difference it makes, but I like having it as part of my routine. These capsules were easy to swallow, and I did not experience any negative effects while taking them. I also appreciate that the product is packaged in the USA.

I am still unsure whether this supplement is making much of a difference for me. I have not noticed an improvement in my sleep. I may have a little more energy, but it is difficult to know whether that is from the supplement, a placebo effect, or something else. I also noticed sugar on the ingredient list and would like to better understand why it is included, perhaps as part of the delivery system. I do not completely avoid sugar, but I am mindful of how much I consume. On the positive side, I have had no trouble swallowing or digesting the capsules. At this point, I am mainly uncertain about how effective they will be for me over the long term.
