At Pure TheraPro Rx, we pride ourselves on providing you with the purest supplements as well as complete transparency on our label. What you see is what you get! There are no hidden ingredients. We want our customers to know exactly what they are putting into their bodies.
You will never see magnesium stearate or stearic acid in our product line. You will also never see common fillers, such as rice, soy, flour, corn, etc on our labels. We are meticulous about creating formulations that make sense in regard to both purity and potency, backed by clinical research, physician and scientist oversight in a cGMP certified facility.
Our products, however, may contain "other ingredients" that could be unfamiliar to you. In our efforts to educate the public regarding the ingredients in our products, here’s a list of some “other ingredients” that are listed on our labels:
DR Caps:
DR Caps are the capsules we utilize for our capsuled products. They are produced using the raw material, hypromellose. Hypromellose is a cellulose material derived from softwood trees, mainly pine and spruce trees, which are grown and harvested from plantations in Western Europe and North America.
DRcaps® are gastro-resistant capsules to further support resistance to low pH and the delivery of microorganisms to the small intestines. These specially designed, innovative capsules assist in slowing the exposure of actives to stomach acid. Other ingredients include a gelling agent (Gellan gum) and water.
Citric Acid:
Citric acid contains high acidity—ours is derived from lemons. This naturally occurring acid ensures that mold, bacteria and other microorganisms don’t grow in a formulation, so it helps keep them fresh.
Anthocyanin Extract:
Think color! Natural color, that is. Anthocyanins are natural pigments extracted from plants and can put a splash of color into a formulation with no added toxicity. Anthocyanins can be red, blue and purple.
Monk Fruit Extract:
Monk fruit is a natural sweetener that contains no sugar, no carbs and no calories. We only use monk fruit to sweeten our products. Monk fruit has an extremely low allergy profile, as well. Plus, it has some amazing health benefits backed by studies.
Stevia, on the other hand, has known side effects that can be problematic in people already dealing with digestive issues such as Leaky Gut. Stevia can cause gastrointestinal side effects, including gas, nausea, and bloating. Some people have allergic reactions to steviol glycosides that are not extremely pure. Stevia is part of the Asteraceae plant family, which includes daisies, sunflowers, and chrysanthemums. Anyone with allergies to these plants or others in the family should avoid stevia products.
All the more reason why monk fruit is our sweet go-to. And there’s more! Monk fruit has some incredible health benefits. Here’s a list:
Fights free radicals, lowers risk of obesity, acts an an anti-inflammatory and coolant, combats infections, fights fatigue, works as a natural antihistamine, relieves the symptoms of allergies, controls diabetes, is anti-fibrotic, improves cardiovascular health and has cancer prevention benefits. As you can see, monk fruit is the superior choice and this is why we only use monk fruit in our line.
Malic Acid:
Malic acid comes from apples and pears and is considered an alpha-hydroxy acid, so it has some benefits for wrinkles and improving skin texture when topically applied. Malic acid is produced naturally in the body when carbohydrates are converted into energy, and has health benefits when ingested, which are supported by clinical evidence—from anti-aging, exercise endurance and energy, preventing kidney stones and reducing the symptoms of fibromyalgia.
Potassium Sorbate:
Potassium sorbate is a salt found naturally in some fruits. It keeps water-based products, such as our BioActive B12, free from contamination by mold, fungus, bacteria and other organisms that could grow if they didn't contain this natural preservative.
Tri-calcium Phosphate:
This ingredient is not considered a filler or a flow agent and it’s also not a common allergen. Tri-calcium Phosphate naturally prevents the raw materials inside the capsule from degradation. B vitamins are water soluble and absorb water, particularly in humid environments. We chose tri-calcium phosphate for our Methyl B Complete because it is one of the most natural and benign preservatives available.
MCT Oil:
MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) are found in coconut oil, although MCT oil contains no coconut. MCTs go straight to your gut and liver, where they are then utilized as an energy source. For this reason, MCT oil is less likely to be stored by the body as fat.
Fat, however, is essential for the body for multiple reasons. Fat soluble vitamins (A,D, E, K) are assisted by fat, such as MCT oil, in that the fat content furthers their absorption rate.
Beta Cyclodextrin:
Beta cyclodextrin is a natural compound created from Non-GMO potato starch. It is used in our MicroActive CoQ10 Enhanced with Micro PQQ and Shilajit. Each CoQ10 molecule is also complexed with beta-cyclodextrin, which increases the solubility of CoQ10. This allows for easy transport through the digestive system and further enables bioavailability directly to cells. Moreover, its absorption is not dependent on the presence of fat.
All of our products are third party laboratory tested post-production. We are also cGMP Certified (Current Good Manufacturing Process) with strict FDA compliance. These are a few of the measures Pure TheraPro Rx uses to ensure the consistent quality and potency of our formulas.

Additionally, patented ingredients are utilized when appropriate.
