Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental U.S. on orders over $75. If your order is under $75, we simply pass the exact shipping rate we have onto you. It is against our principles to try to make money on shipping fees at your expense.
**Pure TheraPro Rx® is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages
We can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We pass the items off to a third-party logistics carrier, that being USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. We can't be accountable for the mistakes or errors of a third-party carrier.
For this reason, we offer Green Shipping Protection® at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, Green Shipping Protection® will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.
If you choose to not add package protection, we, unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you and it must be taken up with the carrier by the customer.

A lost package is one that was misdirected, misplaced or lost by the carrier, and is not delivered to the shipping address.
A stolen package is one that was delivered to the shipping address by the carrier, but is not physically received by the addressee.
A damaged package is one that is mishandled by the carrier and arrives to the customer in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory state.
Monitoring your order’s tracking and delivery status can help you ensure that your package is successfully received upon delivery.
International Shipping
All orders with a destination outside of the US (to most countries) are shipped by the following carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL or FEDEX. Your order weight and destination will determine the cost of shipping. In general your order should arrive within 14 business days, however we do not guarantee delivery time (see more detail below).

International Shipping Disclaimer
Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. We are not responsible for any additional import fees, tariffs or customs regulations. We try our very best to keep up with the laws of the countries around the world, however they do change often and we cannot be 100% sure that we are up to date on them so please check with your country’s customs office. We will ship your package to you privately, however the responsibility of receiving the package is 100% yours.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
You can find out the cost to ship to your country by going through the checkout process. Shipping and delivery time is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Do I have to Pay for Customs, Taxes & Duties? What if My Package Doesn’t Make it Through Customs?
Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases it may cause added expense and a delay in your package arriving. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.
Based on the laws of your country, some items may not be available for shipping to your country. We are unable to keep up with what supplements are allowed. It is ultimately your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we will offer you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package. Unfortunately if your package is seized and destroyed we’re not able to offer a refund whatsoever.
It’s also important to understand that you may be charged processing fees, import fees, duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare). The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it’s best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & takes charge when accepting the package it will be sent back to us and we’ll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping cost.
