I have been using Bio Boron for close to a year. I take the 10mg capsules. I have osteoporosis and I'm hopeful this addition will help bone growth/remineralization. It isn't about the calcium (only). No issues with the higher dose boron.

I was diagnosed with very advanced osteoporosis in Jan. 2023 at age 61, almost 62--too young to even be screened, per my care providers, and definitely too young for 45% bone loss. I was shocked, to say the least.
My shock was compounded by the failure of my then-primary care provider to follow up in a timely manner.
