Easy Cheesy Egg Casserole
1/3 cup flour
1 pound grated cheddar cheese
2 4-ounce cans chopped green chilies
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
Heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Grease a 13 X 9 inch glass pan.
2. Mix together the eggs and flour. Stir in the grated cheese and then the butter and baking powder.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. The dish is done when a knife inserted into the egg dish comes out clean.
4. Serve topped with a dollop of picante sauce.
